Sessions are semi progressive at this age since most are beginners. Players will be grouped by skill to help speed progress. There will be 12-14 players on each court. This program is for beginners and kids who have had one club season or a rec volleyball experience. Parents can observe from the observation window. NOTE: WE WILL NOT BE TEACHING THEM TO PLAY OFF THE WALLS! This will be the same indoor volleyball training, except in a controlled environment.

Players will learn all the fundamentals of volleyball in an enclosed, controlled, private setting - no chasing balls all over the gym, and no distractions from adjacent courts.
